EzPass App UX Redesign - Case Study

This project is a case study focused on improving the EZPass app for Pennsylvania drivers. Many drivers join the service to save time during their commutes, but unfortunately, much of that time is often lost when using the mobile app.

The goal of this project is to explore ways to optimize the app’s design and functionality to help drivers save time and simplify their daily travel experience.
